While we offer running shoes and gear online for sale, we actually recommend that you buy from your local running store! They have the expertise and time to help you decide on the proper shoes that can help you. They are much better than the typical on-line suggestion of putting a wet foot on a paper bag. If you have never had your foot properly fit - take the time to visit one of the locally owned and operated stores we have listed (and NOT one of those big box stores!) |
