I just bought a pair of black women's Asics 2160 Black Wide in size 7.5 because I recently tore my ligament and have to wear a brace for most sports. I normally wear regular size 7.5 but I ordered a wider fitting to allow for the extra space needed for my ankle brace. However, when my shoes came (and they came quick), the shoes were too wide that they kept slipping off me even with my brace. I called the RunningCompanyShoes.com, explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and told me to return the shoes so they can send me the size that I needed instead. Although I did have to pay for the return delivery, the were very helpful and quick in responding to what I needed. Their customer service is fantastic and always helpful which I really appreciated. I finally got my shoes in the right size and all in a matter of about a week! The company website is very difficult to navigate, and it appears that hardly any of the shoes on it are in stock -- in any size. I got a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small, and couldn't exchange them because they had no shoes at all in my size. And I had to pay return postage. Still don't know if they have credited my account. From now on I will stick to companies that pay shipping, like Zappos. This is no bargain. - Keiko

I found a coupon on the web to use with this vendor. The coupon said it was good for ten dollars off any purchase. When I applied the coupon, it only took off 5 dollars. I found 2 similar coupons all of which made the same claim. I will definitely buy from Running Company Shoes again. I go through running shoes very quickly and it gets expensive buying a new pair every 6 months or so. Running Company Shoes had the best price for Asics I could find on the net. I couldn't choose the colour of my shoes... Even though I received good communication from this site, I was surprised to learn a day after my purchase via email that the company did not ship out of the US. When making my purchase I read through a statement of conditions for Canadian purchasers and I was even able to input a postal code for delivery. It was quite a surprise and a disappointment to be informed my money was being refunded. - Carrie

I'm sure they are a reputable company however only after doing the full purchase I find they do not ship to Australia. This seems as stupid as in their mailing section there is a 'pop up' window with Australia being one of the destinations. As I said you don't find our they they don't mail to Australia until they send you a email after you have gone through the whole procedure and paid to the item. The email states they will refund your money but the whole experience in a waste of time. - Miles
