I found a coupon on the web to use with this vendor. The coupon said it was good for ten dollars off any purchase. When I applied the coupon, it only took off 5 dollars. I found 2 similar coupons all of which made the same claim. When I applied them, the result was the same only 5 dollars was taken off the purchase price...I hate it when vendors do this and is one of the reasons, I don't buy more items on the web. - Robert |

I will definitely buy from Running Company Shoes again. I go through running shoes very quickly and it gets expensive buying a new pair every 6 months or so. Running Company Shoes had the best price for Asics I could find on the net. I couldn't choose the colour of my shoes... Even though I received good communication from this site, I was surprised to learn a day after my purchase via email that the company did not ship out of the US. When making my purchase I read through a statement of conditions for Canadian purchasers and I was even able to input a postal code for delivery. It was quite a surprise and a disappointment to be informed my money was being refunded. - Carrie

The shoes I ordered were the newest version of my running shoe (Asics GT-2150) and they were priced $20 less than any other online or brick-and-mortar store.In fact, most other places were either sold out of the 2150, or only had the 2140 priced about $5 - $10 MORE. I'm sure they are a reputable company however only after doing the full purchase I find they do not ship to Australia. This seems as stupid as in their mailing section there is a 'pop up' window with Australia being one of the destinations. As I said you don't find our they they don't mail to Australia until they send you a email after you have gone through the whole procedure and paid to the item. The email states they will refund your money but the whole experience in a waste of time. - Miles

Awful. I ordered running shoes. The transaction went through, and then 3 days later I got an email saying the shoes were out of stock. Grrr. I missed buying them from another store that had them on sale. I was also in a rush to get new running shoes and this added time to my wait. - Jennifer
